  • What are your business hours?

    Our office is open for business Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Standard Time.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Our standard production time is between 3 to 5 business days.

  • Do I have to place a minimum order?

    We do not impose a minimum quantity requirement for orders.

  • Can you ship awards outside of New Braunfels, TX?

    Yes, we offer shipping services to all locations within the United States.

  • Will I receive a proof before my order is finalized?

    We can provide proofs for your order if you request them.

  • Do you require a deposit for custom orders?

    We do not require deposits. For organizations and businesses, we offer Net 30 invoicing terms.

  • Can I submit my own logo or artwork for engraving?

    We accept customer-provided logos and artwork for engraving in PDF or SVG file formats.
